Nick has spent the last 15 years working in search and recruitment, initially headhunting for investment banking clients in London, New York and Asia. Nick subsequently worked for Korn Ferry in their CFO practice and then for two rec to rec boutiques where he realised there was an opportunity to provide a genuine search to search service, mirroring the way executive search firms work with their clients. Nick is in charge of Radiant’s client and candidate management.

Julie has spent much of the last 15 years working as a researcher for think tanks and charities, including for Nesta, the Young Foundation and the Social Market Foundation. She has also worked as a freelance editor and researcher for a wide range of clients, including NGOs, charities and start-ups working in financial services and decentralised finance. She oversees Radiant’s research and delivery.

Melani has over 10 years of retail, marketing, client management and executive assistant experience, having worked with a variety of retail and online brands.

Steph served in the Royal Air Force for over 15 years completing numerous Operational Tours in Afghanistan on the Merlin Helicopter. With a family now in tow, Steph fancied a change of direction retraining as a part-time personal trainer where she loves helping people achieve their goals. Steph loves a challenge and pushing the boundaries of ‘What’s possible?’ She completed the 250km, multi-stage, Marathon Des Sables in 2018 and aims to complete an ultra marathon each year.

Isobel Stevenson is a Director at Radiant Search. She started her career in fine arts before moving into executive search. She gained extensive experience in a research role before moving into a full delivery role primarily working on senior finance mandates across PE and C&I. Isobel has in-depth APAC knowledge having spent 4 years working in the region for a boutique rec2rec agency. Since then she has worked in-house whilst juggling starting a family and moving to the seaside!

Alexandra Combi is a Research Director at Radiant Search. She has worked in recruitment for the last 15 years, across executive search, Higher Education and Investment Management companies within Financial Services. Alexandra has focused on senior & experienced hires globally as well as leading and managing early career programmes. She has been responsible for establishing and developing relationships with worldwide University Departments and research groups.

With nearly two decades in the recruitment industry, Victoria has successfully navigated the dynamic landscapes of big corporates, SMEs, and start-ups. As an Operations Director, she specialises in leveraging advanced tech stacks, driving innovation, and implementing cutting-edge automation to optimise recruitment processes. Victoria is committed to fostering growth and excellence, bringing a blend of seasoned expertise and forward-thinking solutions to every challenge. Vic's professional life began as a equestrian professional in central Scotland, but now lives in London with her small family & 4 cats.

Linda MacLennan joined Radiant Connect as a Director in May 2024. She has been working in the recruitment and executive search space for over 10 years and has gained a huge amount of exposure to search firms globally. Linda has in-depth knowledge of the US market having spent 4 years working for a boutique rec2rec agency where she focused on growing their US presence. She now focuses purely on senior level appointments in the search space.
